Sortlee is operated by Trapnstudio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, and it exists to sort your Spotify playlists, so we ask Spotify for the narrowest access that makes that possible: permission to read your playlists and write the reordered result back, nothing else, and you can revoke it at any time from your Spotify account settings. To sign you in we use Firebase Authentication, which means we hold your name, email, and, if you give it, your phone number, along with your Spotify user ID and the activity we need to apply the save limits on each plan. Before we modify a playlist we store a snapshot of its track list so you can restore it, and that snapshot stays in our database until it is deleted. Paid plans are handled by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers, and we only keep your subscription status. To keep the app working and understand how it is used we rely on a few third party services, namely Firebase Analytics and PostHog for usage analytics, Sentry for crash reporting, which captures a masked recording of the screen when an error occurs, with text and images hidden, and Intercom for support chat, each of which receives an account identifier and sets cookies or similar local storage. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run ads. Deleting your account from the account page removes your profile and your sign-in credentials, though Stripe keeps the payment records it is required by law to retain. Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing sortlee@trapnstudio.com, and we will answer within thirty days without charging you or treating you differently for asking.
